Definitely not recommend
I had a one-week vacation and wanted to spend it in Great Smoky Mountains. I wasn't necessarily looking for a luxurious room, but the most important factors when choosing the place to stay were a quiet place, kitchenette, and WiFi in the room. Unfortunately, there was no WiFi access in the room despite the fact the posting claimed that there was.
For three days out of my one-week stay, I was looking for help by calling the suggested telephone numbers and writing emails. I received contradictory information that ranged from the issue from internet operator to a claim that the network that was advertised was inactive for several years, and the host has not purchased access to an active network. As a solution, I was given access to WiFi during working hours in the lobby (9 am to 5 pm), swimming pool or laundry which were unacceptable since I needed a place to work. The lack of WiFi access forced me to return early and contradictory explanations convinced me that I was deliberately misled.
Great Smoky Mountains is a wonderful place, but I would definitely not recommend Jackson Mountain Homes.
