Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms. There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Our 3 day stay!
It was a very beautiful property. The home was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable for the six of us! Beautiful land, beautiful Mountain views, and great scenery! The only down falls would be, there was no WiFi, so no one had phone service for the entire stay, there weren't enough towels and dish cloths for the six guests, carpets on top floor were dirty, lady bugs all over the place lol, but noting to complain about (except for the WiFi lol). We did leave a tide pod for washing machine and dryer sheets for the next guests that will be staying at the property. We will definitely be staying again one day!
