level four, great river view - 407

Very nice and clean. The loft area was helpful for large family, however, wishing it was one level.
Otherwise, quiet and convenient to everything we were looking for. Even able to walk the strip with kids without getting too tired.
Great location and lovely balcony view of creek below. Added shade from trees helped with heat. Would stay here again.

Have stayed here ever Thanksgiving for many years. Always a good stay and very few to no problems.

We love Park Place, our go to place for fall family vacation

So convenient, can easily walk into town. Love hearing the river beside of us.

The location of the condo was great. We used the Gatlinburg Bypass and didn’t have to deal with driving trough the town traffic at all. We were able to easily walk to downtown, and felt comfortable letting our teens do so alone. Condo was clean. It’s been updated since the photos were taken. It now has new vinyl plank flooring, which makes it seem so much more updated and brighter than the online photos. We didn’t cook any huge meals, but it had all we needed for breakfast and lunches. If I were staying for longer and planned on cooking, I would probably bring a few of my favorite pots and pans.

Our stay at the Park Place condos was very nice. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. It was very comfortable for our family of ten. The place is within walking distance of all of the restaurants and attractions in downtown Gatlinburg. It is also only a two mile hike to the Sugar Land visitors center. I would highly recommend this condo.
