Great Condos
The condo was very nice and clean, the balcony was very nice and the stream below was very relaxing. We saw the same large bear two days in a row. He was walking down the stram. Great Stay and Location.

Wonderful - As Always
We have rented at Park Place at least 8 times. Sitting on the balcony listening to the mountain stream, makes a 55th wedding anniversary priceless!
Bear On Our Jeep Excursion
We had a great time as always in the mountains , hiking grotto falls and mear falls , Anakeesta zip lining , repelling , Astra lumina, Hatfield and McCoy dinner show , walking the Gatlinburg parkway and eating out at Crockett's breakfast and the peddler restaurant. of course we had a nice stay at our condo at Park place ( 2 bedroom ) , lots of room , very clean , big balcony overlooking a creek. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Would definitely stay at park place again

Memorial Day Week 2025 - Family Of 3 In Unit #309
We Always have the Best time at Park Place Condos. They are close enough to walk to town and yet off the main strip that it is never noisy. We stayed in #309 again this year for the 2nd time and it's a great unit. It is decorated nicely and up to date. The best parts are your own kitchen and laundry room no piles of dirty clothes to come home with you! We love sitting out on the balcony and hearing the water below. This unit has two bedrooms and plenty of space for a family of 3 or 4. I highly recommended Park Place Condos. We are looking forward to returning again next year!!
