Birthday Trip 2025
Park Place is great. We love staying here and usually go twice per year. Unit 108 is one of our favorites. The upgrades are nice. The new couch with recliners is great. A couple of minor improvements - pot holders in the kitchen and hooks in the front bathroom for towels and clothes.

As always, we had a great stay.
Perfect Place
Park Place is a great condo. We have stayed in many different rooms and they are all good with their own unique charm. Love being by the river, and having a fireplace is wonderful on those chilly nights after a day in the Smokeys or shopping the strip. The staff is always accommodating and welcoming. Will always stay there anytime we come to Gatlinburg.
