Such A Peaceful Stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at Park Place and in the same Condo. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was terrific. We felt like we were in our own little world. Will definitely be coming back next year!

Perfect Location

We love this condo,and the best asset is the location. It is an easy walk to town, and a block from the entrance to the national park - a beautiful trail to Sugarlands Visitor Center. The staff are always friendly. Everything is provided for a great stay with family!

July 2024 Trip

Great location, very close to the strip but far enough away we didn’t hear the traffic and got to listen to the river run, room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful, we liked the option when we drove we could drive the strip or miss it all together and take the bypass and still get to the room

Love The Location

This was our 3rd time to stay at Park Place on the River. We love staying here because of the location, the view and sound of the water , the ease of booking and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. We had a great time during our stay. The first 2 times we stayed here I had no complaints at all. I only have one complaint this time and it’s about the carpet in this particular room. There were several bad stains on the carpet that looked like where a dog had peed. The carpet in this unit needs to be cleaned better and if the stains cannot be removed it needs to be replaced.
