Home Away From Home

It was very comfortable and clean. A home-like atmosphere with a nice balcony view. A block from main strip with a privacy feel. Was able to walk to all the local businesses and attractions on the strip (wasn’t stuck in car traffic, didn’t have to pay for or struggle finding parking).

Park Place Condo #206 Gatlinburg

We wanted to stay within walking distance to the parkway in downtown Gatlinburg for the Christmas Parade....Park Place was only two short blocks from Red Light #10. Perfect location! We stayed in room 206 which was perfect for our party of 6 adults. No problem with the room at all. Everyone loved the creek that was directly below our balcony. The management was very friendly and courteous. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Most of the parking was covered which was a plus since it did rain off and on during our stay. We will stay here again in the future for sure.
