level one, great river view - 105

We had a wonderful stay at Park Place Condominiums in Gatlinburg in May of 2026, celebrating our anniversary. The condo was extremely spacious, very clean, and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the balcony overlooking the river, which was a perfect place to relax in the mornings and evenings.

The location was excellent. We were able to easily walk to downtown Gatlinburg for shopping, restaurants, and attractions, while also being just a short walk from the trailhead for the Gatlinburg Trail, an easy 4 mile round trip hike into the Smokies which was a highlight of our trip. The location is in what I consider the "quieter" end of the main street but still very conveniently located.

Overall, this condo is a great combination of comfort, scenery, and convenience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

As usual we had a great stay, over the New Years! Good TV for all the Games , Walking Distance to the New Years celebration! We arrived on Dec 30th and checked out Jan 2nd and never moved our vehicle. Great hiking trail along the River. Property was updated and clean. As always Donna has always provided good service for us on numerous stays @ Park Place.

Like the location very and and especially liked having a real person in the office for any concerns that came up, especially help with the tv.

It is a great place to stay; the location is awesome.

My family of 4 had a great vacation staying at Parkplace On The River Condos.
We were in #105, the property was very clean and well maintained.
Would stay there again and yes, we would recommend it to anyone.

Overall we love it! The sliding door latch in the living room needs to be fixed, it can lock accidentally. Also the vanity in the guest bathroom the drawer doesn't stay closed.
