Excellent Place To Stay

Park Place condos is the best place to stay in Gatlinburg. It is really convenient, the staff is amazing and the condos are roomy and right on the river. There's nothing like stepping out onto your balcony and having a stream right there. Our family will never stay anywhere else.

Family Trip

Really enjoyed our stay. Quick walk to the Parkway, great view of the river. Kids enjoyed the pool. Looking forward to coming back.
