Never Disappointed.
Condo needs updated with new paint job. Utensils and appliances such as coffee maker need replacing.
Great Location
Great location. Very clean. Could use a little updating. The bedroom with the balcony was very dark, even with the lights on.

We have stayed here now for several years. It is convenient for dining and shopping, roomy, always clean, and the staff are great.

More Than Imagined!
This is the best place to stay ever! Clean, peaceful, private but do close to everything that we walked. Location to the Smokeys wasconvenient without getting in traffic. Came in through the foothills so missed Pigeon Forge traffic. Easy entrance to Park bypass so never got caught up in Gatlinburg traffic. Creek was right outside our patio. My brother-in-law doesn't impress easily but wants to stay same place again. Price was more than reasonable. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to have a hearty breakfast every morning. Especially nice having washer/dryer. Reaxing on patio with my Sis was priceless!
