Great Place, Awesome Location! Clean And Homey
My friends and I came to Gatlinburg for a girls Halloween weekend. We really enjoyed this rental! It was clean and cozy. Loved the balcony outside to sit and watch the water run by us. We were so excited to see a black bear walk in the water too! The fireplace was a great touch to us watching non stop horror movies as part of our weekend! This location was perfect to walk Gatlinburg shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay :)

Awesome vacation spot! Convenient to downtown but very quiet. Balcony was a relaxing spot to view the creek and read. Little dated but spotlessly clean

Office staff is pleasant and competent, condo was clean, grounds are well kept, pool was clean, location is the best, and complex felt safe.
