Comfortable condo overlooking creek and woods. Close to trolley stop. Easy walking to the main strip of Gatlinburg but also to the wooded trail of the Smoky Mountains park. Has a fitness room too. Comfortable beds. Elevator plus 3 luggage carts, which helped a lot when checking out. Kitchen was reasonably furnished except there were no hot pads! That’s a real pet peeve of mine. You put a pan in the oven without looking for a hot pad and then you can’t take it out.

The rental was nice. It could use a few upgrades. Overall it was great. We did a lot of walking it was close to the strip.

Too short! Would have loved to stay longer but it was a great experience!

Location and nice accommodations with room for the family to be together and kids to have space to play inside too.

Very spacious room with all we needed and more. Location can’t be beat as well as balcony over the river. Stay year after year and will continue to do so.

We have stayed here a few times now and it is the best place to stay when you are in Gatlinburg. We absolutely love it! The manager and everyone you come in contact with are absolutely wonderful. The condo is always extremely clean and well taken care of. It has everything you need in the kitchen if you want to actually cook which is extremely nice. When we come here we always feel like this is our second home. Thank you again so much!
