Christmas Parade Stay
Always enjoy my stay at Park Place. Have been staying there for close to 30 years. This was the first time the bathrooms could have been cleaner.
Weekend Getaway
Very convenient to town & quiet! Great stay with family all needs were met. The view off balcony was beautiful and we even saw several bears. The kids enjoyed it and great memories were made.

Great Location With Perfect Setting
Close to downtown and easy walk to great eats and sights. Balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Despite being so close to town, was very peaceful and quiet, with only the sound of the creek to help you sleep at night. Condo was a little outdated, really needs new carpet but so comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Excellent Location, Clean Rooms, Quiet But Can Walk To Everything
Clean, quiet and roomy. Fireplace and balcony are nice and unlike some balconys, this one feels private and has excellent views of the creek. Washer and dryer in room are a plus. Was able to walk to Gatlinburg and also walk to the trailhead for hiking in the GSM park. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.
