Quiet Place In A Busy Tourist Destination

From the start, PPC offered great customer service. I booked the condo in January '26 for an event in June '26. The location is great; just blocks from the Gatlinburg Conference Center, which is where my group walked to/from each day. The condo itself was nice and functional; it felt like grandma's house! Everything worked as it should and the condo had the essentials. If you are used to an Airbnb with the amenities (coffee, nice guest treats, etc) you won't find them here but if you bring your own favorites from home, your stay should be great! The balcony is wonderful and one of our group spotted a bear in the creek!

Great Place To Enjoy The View And The Accommodations

Spent a week here in May 2026. The condo was not opulent, but met our needs. The balcony view was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out over the creek, listening to the water run and just enjoy nature. The manager Donna is always courteous . The kitchen was adequate. The unit is very clean. We will return in the near future.

Christmas Parade Stay

Weekend Getaway
