If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Poolin Around

Family had a lot of fun at the property. It had that cozy feel and many things to keeps the kids occupied. If we noticed something needed maintenance, the office was quick to getting back to us. One thing I would recommend to the owners/company, the king size beds should be replaced. Something feels broken on the left side of bed on main floor. And upstairs bed is not attached properly.

Family Getaway

My husband and I, and my 3 teens, stayed at Poolin Around for 3 nights. My whole family really enjoyed our stay and said it was our favorite cabin we’d stayed in. My kids enjoyed the pool with movie theater screen the most.

Great Location And Amenities

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the cabin, which exceeded our expectations in terms of location, being considerably closer to Pigeon Forge stores and restaurants than anticipated. However, we encountered a few minor issues during our stay, including a notable amount of dust in window and baseboards, which was particularly concerning given my daughter's severe allergies to dogs and cats, leading me to speculate whether the previous guest or owner had a pet present. Fortunately, we were granted an early check-in, which was a significant advantage due to the severe winter conditions. The pool and hot tub were pleasant amenities, although we were unable to operate the projection TV despite carefully following the instructions. In terms of suggestions for improvement, I would recommend installing drapes or blinds on the downstairs windows, as the neighboring backyard lights shone through the windows throughout the night, making it challenging for my children to sleep on the bunk beds. Additionally, the loft upstairs had the only closet in the cabin but lacked hangers for storing clothing, which would have been nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a pleasant time.
