Not The Best Rental

This has to be the worst rental we have stayed at. We booked with Smokey Mountain, but all communication was with Jackson Mountain Homes. Not to mention all your information comes from VTrips. Not sure where to begin. Upon arrival, our door code did not work. After 45 minutes, we finally reached Jackson Mountain Homes for help. If you have AT&T cell service, you will have little, to no, service while at the cabin. Things that went wrong: 1. Dryer was broke. Maintenance had to reach out to home owner and would get back in touch with us. Never heard a word. 2. Kitchen sink dripping - Maintenance did come fix it. 3. Leak in upstairs toilet which flooded the master bathroom. Maintenance came twice before fixing the leak. Did not clean up the mess. Guess having to take the toilet up caused a smell of urine in the upstairs bathroom. It was sickening. 4. House had fleas, mainly upstairs and in the sun-room. Exterminator could come out but we had to remove all our belongings for three hours. 5. Wifi did not work. Someone came out and fixed it. 6. Kitchen is very small and dark. One light under the cabinet was broke. Maintenance looked at it and never fixed it. 7. If you are driving a full size truck, it is hard to get in the driveway due to the narrow road and positioning of driveway. Parking area is steep as well. Cabin is beautiful, but needs some work. I do not recommend this cabin!

They should say Smokey Mtn

Cooperate emailed me a few days after I made the reservation w/Smokey Mtn and asked if I made a reservation in Fla. I said " NO" and they canceled my reservation with Smokey Mtn.
