This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin. We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.2

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Vacation Of A Lifetime

Our first cabin was beautiful and perfect expect it had a yellow jacket problem inside, but the staff at Elk Springs, especially Beth, was very helpful and friendly and they moved us to another cabin that was even better than the one we had rented. 2 Kids, A Mom, And A Nana

This cabin could not have been more wonderful. It was beautiful and very well kept. My family had a great time and hope to return soon. I only wish we could have had more people in the cabin, because it holds more the just six people. The pool area even has a waterfall feature. The pool was a tad on the small side and ants were a problem in the pool due to the water from the waterfall washing them in, but again the cabin had all the tools there to scoop them right out. This cabin was amazing!!! If you happen to find a LG dvd remote, it mine. We brought our own DVD but it definitely can be added to the TV on the main level for more family fun!!! All the tourists attractions are only 10 minutes away. This was so true. Check-in, check out and payments were a piece of cake. They really have make vacationing so easy and worry free. Thank you to the owners and Elk Springs Resort for checking on us during our stay and making sure it was fantastic!!!

Lovely Cabin

It was much larger than we thought it looked from the pictures. It was nice and clean and had everything we could possibly need. Even though there are several cabins in this area, this one was down the road and seemed more private than the others.
