If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Elk Springs Stay
Overall stay was great. Only problem we had was the pool was loosing water but when I contacted customer service they sent someone that day and fixed the problem.
Alpine Pool Lodge
The stay was great. The view was amazing and very peaceful. I would suggest upgrading televisions. Other than that everything was great!
Beautiful Alpine Cabins
The property is as pictured. The property management folks answers all questions immediately and are very, very professional! The area is very nice and calm. You will definitely enjoy your time at this location. We had fun and learned the area quick. Up and down the mountains was fun everything is very very close on PARKWAY RD.

Valentines Day Vacay
Great communication leading up to the stay. Too much room for two people. The beds were very comfortable, the loft bed especially. TVs are seriously outdated, they need to update to smart tvs that are larger for their guests and space provided.
