Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms. There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Beautiful Location
We loved the outdoor as well as indoor space. Beautiful, private lot. We were able to relax and see nature right out back! Plenty to do if you want or the perfect place to just relax!
Willow Creek home
Was very nice not too far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Very clean. Most importantly bug free! Only thing that would have been nice was if we were allowed to adjust the thermostat would have been fine but had my mother with us who is on blood thinners so she gets cold easy. Other than that absolutely no complaints.

Great place
Beautiful place, enjoy the stay, turkey in the yard every morning, love sitting on the back porch in the evening. Private. Only problem we had was not enough seating. Someone had to sit on the dining room chairs to watch tv. Shower was very small. Love having 2 half baths. Will rent again.
