This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway. No shows will forfeit any monies put down. After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Great cabin
The four master bedrooms and well stocked kitchen were great for our 2 families of 11 people. We enjoyed the use of the grill, fire pit and hot tub as well.
Great Time with Friends!
We rented this cabin with 3 other couples for a weekend away. We all had a great time and this cabin was perfect for us. We hope to come back again. The kitchen was the most well-stocked kitchen we’ve ever rented!

Ultimate Cabin for the Ultimate Family Get Together!
Just got back from an incredible stay in this cabin and to anyone reading this review...stop looking and reserve it right now!!! You’ll think me later!!!The cabin was exactly what we were looking for; a cabin that has a cozy, mountainy feel but also is large enough to accommodate our 9-member family. When we arrived, everyone ran straight for the bedrooms to find the best one...well guess what, there was no need to because are all spacious, have huge beds, an attached bathroom, and are well decorated. The best part is, they are far enough away from each other that each couple can retreat to relative privacy in the cabin.A huge factor for us was the spaciousness of the common areas since we didn't want our huge group to feel like we were stepping on each other's toes. And this is where the cabin is in a league all on its own! The open layout really made it feel like a huge space and was great for everyone being able to entertain and have fun. The living room is ENORMOUS as you can probably tell from the pictures, and is outfitted with plenty of cozy sofas and chairs all over...more than our group could fit, in fact! The windows are beautiful and let in the view and lots of natural light. The kitchen is very large and is great for multiple family members cooking at the same time. The dining room has a huge table that fit all of us comfortably. The deck spaces can fit an army of people and definitely have enough chairs to do so.The amenities were great. We made a lot of use out of the whirlpool, firepit, grill picnic tables, pool table, retro multi-game arcade machine, kitchen appliances, and washer-and-drier. The yard area was also large enough to throw frisbees or play games in. As the driver of our group’s massive SUV, I appreciated that the driveway was paved and had an area to back out into.It really was one of the best parts of the trip for us and I'm sure it will be one of the best things
Simply Great Cabin
The cabin was great. There were a couple minor things like the pool cues missing their tips but besides that it was a great place to stay. The cabin was clean, roomy and the porches were very nice. We grilled the one night and then had a camp fire the next. I would recommend the Express CheckIn and CheckOut that Aunt Bugs has.
