If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Summer Vacation
This cabin had amazing views. Everything and it was really nice and accommodating. It was easy to get to and close to all the things we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. We had the guests ranging from an infant to 50 years old and all of us had a wonderful time. One thing I will point out that was a minor inconvenience. Was that both of the bathrooms were inside of the two main bedrooms. That meant that the three teenagers that were with us would have to constantly make sure that they could go into the bathroom being as it was inside of one of the adults bedrooms. When you’re visiting, remember that, although the cabin is located in a resort, we still encountered a bear walking along the road leading up to our cabin and in between other cabins in the resort.
Amazing Getaway
This cabin was gorgeous! The mountain views from the cabins living room windows and porch was spectacular! The movie theater was awesome!! Great surround system to sit on the chairs and watch your favorite movies or lay on the bed and relax. We loved going in the hot tub during the day and late at night. The cabin was really close to a lot of awesome attractions! This was our second stay with Elk Springs and it won’t be our last! THANK YOU!
Amazing Experience
We had such an amazing time! Can’t wait to go back! Description was exact. Cabin was well kept and clean. Check in and out was super easy. Very close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. November was the perfect time for perfect weather, no crowds!
Amazing Resort To Stay
It was awesome. It was clean an it was great location great roads not hard to find an a easy drive. Amazing views. Just gorgeous. Staff was awesome. Place was more than I expected it was Amazing.
