Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway. No shows will forfeit any monies put down. After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Stress Relief Weekend
Three family couples enjoyed a great weekend after our mother's passing. The family time was wonderful; the cabin was perfect and roomy; and it was great to just relax and play games! The cabin was located convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities. The cabin was clean and very comfortable for all 6 of us. We would definitely love to come back and stay at this same facility!(Aunt Bugs' staff were very helpful!
Great Cabin!
This is a beautiful cabin and one of the best views in the rental community. The beds were very comfortable and the TV and Internet was great service. We loved having 3 master bedrooms with on suite bathrooms for each bedroom. I would definitely rent this cabin again.
Honeymoon & Family Trip
The cabin was awesome with plenty to do if you just want to stay in and relax. Great location to Pigeon Forge and all attractions. We will definitely stay here again.

The cabin was in a great location, very close to Pigeon Forge. The property was clean an well taken care of. Everything you needed was provided. We did not take children but they would have loved the pool table, foosball, and theater room. We had a great stay!
Family Summer Vacation
This was the most hassle free experience we have ever had renting a house. Our trip was stress free the service was wonderful, the people great, our time spent with you was great, will recommend your company to all of our friends. We look forward to staying with you again
