This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway. No shows will forfeit any monies put down. After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

5 star cabin
This cabin was very beautiful and spacious. It also offered many great amenities for my family to enjoy. We loved the pool table, fire pit, and hot tub!

Great Cabin
The cabin is beautiful and comfortable. There was plenty of space for us to spread out (family of 4 with kids 12 and 15). Cabin was clean and everything was as expected from the photos. Customer service was very helpful with questions before our arrival.

Easy to access and very close to town but still secluded. Had a wonderful stay!
Clean and quiet... perfect!
This cabin is FABULOUS! Upon arrival... the turn in the drive is a bit tricky, with a gated drive for privacy. The place was immaculate, clean,
it had every necessity provided such as just about ANY cooking utensil, grilling etc...
The lower level had a pool table, foosball and Pac-man with a bedroom off one side that had a fireplace, large bed, full bath with large garden-tub whirlpool... AND A FIREPLACE! Also a large walkout porch with a porch swing, hot tub and step down to a fire pit area.
The upper level had the living room area, tv, sofa, futon, kitchen area with all necessities... microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender... a full bath off to the side with a phenomenally large stone walled shower (I loved it!) and a set of stairs going up to another bedroom with a small dinette off to the side of it overlooking the living room.
The upper level balcony overlooks the same area as the porch/ fire pit...
It was one of the most peaceful settings... no neighboring cabins within view, maybe an occasional car (even on a 3 day holiday weekend). If you want peace and quiet... this is it. We left a balcony light on at night (one of our friends was terrified of bears coming up the balcony?? LOL) but it allowed us to see the most spectacular Luna moths every morning.
Having never stayed in a cabin before, I was anxious about the conditions and took cleaning supplies with me... it was so totally unnecessary! But you will need minor incidentals such as condiments... salt, pepper, ketchup, coffee, sugar etc. Also, stop at a gas station in Sevierville(sp?) and pick up a couple bundles of firewood for the fire pit.
This is my new go-to relaxation vacation spot! Thank you for your attention to cleanliness!
