Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway. No shows will forfeit any monies put down. After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Great Cabin for Anniversary!
We loved the cabin. It had just the right amount of privacy, while still being close to places to eat and shop. It was very clean and comfortable and a great price! Next visit we will be looking for this cabin again!
Great place
Very nice cabin for 2 people nice location and quiet. Well be staying again. Just not sure the pool table is needed. Roads to the cabin are very easily accessible
Weekend. getaway
The weekend started off to a rough start. The cabin had not been cleaned when we arrived from the previous renters. It took several hours to contact someone and at that point, we had to wait for the cabin to be cleaned before we could go back and unpack. The cabin itself was very comfortable and met all of our needs. It was well equipped in the kitchen area for our cooking needs.

Absolutely beautiful! I loved the private location, everything was clean and nicely designed. The staff was great and very accommodating. I will definitely be back!
Cute and very private rental
The cabin was very clean and close to everything in pigeon forge. The hot tub was cold when we arrived. Management sent someone right away and by the end of the day, a heating element was replaced and hot . There were only 3 wine glasses to use and no regular drinking glasses. Because of having our 6 y.o. Daughter with us, we bought solo cups from the store. Other than that, the cabin was perfect for us and was exactly as described.
