Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.
We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Our Return To Gatlinburg 2018
All my children and grandchildren were able to come from Texas to spend some time together in this beautiful and spacious chalet. It was perfect for our family from the basketball court to the pool and spa. Three kitchen areas, seven bathrooms and awesome views added to our wonderful vacation. The location was perfect as the kids could run and yell without anybody hearing! We definitely hope to visit this property again!
Great Escape
What a great way to meet up with family and spend special time together. Mountain View certainly had a magnificent mountain view and plenty of room and fun for little ones. We would visit again.

Husbands 50th Birthday Party
Best way to describe this place is WOW! The house was more than accommodating for a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was on hand, from the basics to the entertainment. There was something for everyone in, on and around the property for our enjoyment. And, the evening view was amazing!
