Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Review From A 8 Day Stay At Mountain View Mansion
Mountain View Mansion was an excellent place to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We stayed from Friday to Friday - 7 nights. The accommodations fit very well with our 18 person, multigenerational family. Areas widely used included the pool, hot tub, basketball court, game room, DVD viewing room and the kitchen. The outside views are remarkable and most nights included sunset viewing. Elk Springs Resorts was very professional, contacted us directly throughout and responded quickly to trash pickup.
The Mansion provides relative easy access to grocery stores, Gatlinburg city center and the Smoky Mountains National Park. A definite plus for shopping and hiking.
The only issues we had with the property is the propane tanks were empty for the grillers. We also recommend installing taller toilet stools on the main level to accommodate seniors and taller guests.

Family Vacation 2024
Mountain View was the perfect fit for our large family get together. It was so nice to have everyone under one roof. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool house, hot tub and large kitchen/dining room. All rooms were large and accommodating. The views were beautiful and sunset was magnificent!

Loved this rental. We have been looking for our spot for our yearly vacation to the area. We have had no luck until we found this place. Would highly recommend
Graduation Family Trip
My family was celebrating my nephew's gradation. The property was very nice, you are in the middle of nowhere, so if you were loud, it's not a problem. I loved that the pool house is separated from the house. We also had a visitor (a bear), I wish I could attach the video. We were sitting on the back porch and when we saw it. We took video inside the house through the window. The only minor thing was, the cabin could have a little cleaner. There were flies in the master bedroom in the tub. Also the driveway to get to the gate is like a roller coaster. I would rent again though.
