Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation.
If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Very Nice For A Family Vacation
This cabin was very nice. We had to move from another cabin due to water issues & this was the only one available. There were 11 of us & we all agreed we liked this one better. It was in a quiet location. It was well maintained.

Celebrating Thanksgiving With Family
We had a wonderful time staying with Elks Spring Resort Cabin rentals. The staff was so attentive and informative on every step throughout the check in through checking out. I have stayed at many cabins in the mountains, and I will have to say Elks Springs has been the best so far.
Pinnacle Vista was lovely, we enjoyed the amenities and our time during our stay.

Loved It
Very easy transaction which is rare. People were responsive and made sure the entire process was seamless. The cabin was very spacious and had everything you could want except the foosball table lol. The 2 bedrooms really need their own thermostat. They were frezzywhile the big room outside of them was very warm because of the large glass windows and southern facing hot sun. Loved that we all had our own king suite. The back and side were private with a great view of the mountains. Some slugs on the floor in the lower level bathroom. Had fun watching the wildlife.

Smoky Cove Adventure
Upon arrival we did not expect to be in an active construction zone. There was another cabin being constructed within 30 feet of our cabin and this restricted the views from our porches that were shown in the photos of the cabin. There was debris scattered over the property supposedly from a bear encounter. The cabin itself was extremely nice but was showing the years of use. The door onto the deck did not close correctly and the curtains on the doors were askew as the lower brackets were broken. The stairs to the lower level had a tripping hazard from someone renewing the steps with a vinyl type step and an 90 degree bracket on the front edge that is a real problem. The sink in the lower bathroom has a faucet that does not work, with the hot water handle turning 360 degrees and unable turn turn off until exactly correct.The cleaning crew did a fantastic job of readying the cabin and overall we were extremely excited and happy with the location and amenities afforded in the cabin. If we decide to stay again we would look at other facilities. The only suggestion I have would be is remove the one lonely tree that obstructs the view towards Pigeon Forge and the mountains.
