If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Realaxing Vacation
The cabin was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. I would say that
It wasn’t easy for my sister to climbed up the hill to get inside . She uses a cane. The arcade did not work and rocking chair was broke and second level deck there was nails sticking up just little thing to fix. We will come back to elks springs again.

The Rental experience was wonderful!!

Beautiful area.Cabin was spacious and accommodating. Actually saw 2 bears. Plenty of activities to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Location was good and area was very quiet. Overall was pleased with everything.

We had a great time despite the hot weather.
The cabin was very spacious with lots to keep our 5 kids entertained.

Second Stay At Elk Springs
Our stay in Elk Springs was great! Majestic Views was perfect for our group of 10 and had great amenities. Our coffee pot did not work upon arrival but the staff was very quick to deliver a new pot to the cabin. I think the resort is the perfect distance from the main drag in Gatlinburg and provides a great balance of being in a partially remote location with having plenty to do nearby.
