Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Our second time staying with Elk Springs Resort. First time renting Knotty & Nice. Beautiful cabin. No complaints. Close to the Gatlinburg strip. We had a great stay!
Knotty And Nice
We stayed with a large group for Thanksgiving. Very nice cabin! The kids enjoyed the game room, the ladies enjoyed the jacuzzi, and the fellas enjoyed the pool table. Nice stay!
Knotty And Oh So Nice!
The cabin was a perfect getaway for our family to spend time together. The office staff was incredibly friendly, and the cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed.
Family Vacation / Engagement
The property was great! Location was convenient but not "close" to town per say. The fireplace did not work at first but they sent someone right out to fix it and it worked like a charm. Great cabin!
Great Family Reunion Location
We had a great stay at Elk Springs Resort. We were able to rent 3 cabins on the same road, each with enough space for us to get together for large family meals. Knotty & Nice is a wonderful house; beautifully finished, very clean, comfortable beds, great entertainment options downstairs (pool table, foosball, arcade game, theater room and sauna, with a hot tub on the deck). We loved the house. The resort staff were great at communicating with us at every step.
