If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Needed Family Vacation
Loved the location, check-in was so easy, Bear Cub lodge was beautiful. The staff responded to every request and questions we had, they were there for us from check in to check out. We did have a problem with one of the queen size bedrooms bed, we made a complaint and it was responded to the same day but we discovered later that night the fix did not hold, as a matter of fact that bed frame has been worked on my times. The night before we left a thunderstorm with heavy rains occurred, and we discovered that there are at least two leaks, and we reported those. Overall we had a great stay and we would come back and stay again.
It'S Was A Wonderful Experience And We Had A Great Time.
It's was clean and it's was nice and I love the vibe and were it was in mountains.
Great Stay For A Girls' Weekend!
We wanted to celebrate a friend’s retirement, and your resort provided the perfect place for our stay. The location was convenient to Gatlinburg, and the accommodations were excellent. We had plenty of space, everything was very clean, and the décor was beautiful and welcoming.
We cooked a few meals during our visit and appreciated having all the utensils, pots, and pans we needed. The management company was exceptional and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic.
We will definitely be returning to this resort in the future. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

My stay was great, started with setting my reservation, the representative was very kind and informative. We were constantly in communication from beginning to end. Our Cabin was so beautiful and clean. It was the best experience ever. I will recommend more of my family to your Resort.
