If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was beautiful. very spacious with plenty of things to do . We did have to purchase a baby gate to help keep toddler in the area we wanted ,there are a lot of stairs ,there was no high chair or pack n play provided like some of the other cabins in the area . This cabin is really for older kids,but other than that we loved it . Clean and well taken care of cabin . Easy drive to either Gatlinburg or Dollywood.

Fall Break Trip

Our family, plus friends, stayed here for fall break and had a great stay. Our cabin was the perfect size for our large group. It was clean and homey. We loved that it was stocked with dishes/glasses/mugs for this many people. Loved the porches with lots of seating! Felt remote but very close to Gatlinburg actually. Also only 3 miles to a grocery store.

Gatlinburg Family Vacation 2023

The entire family of 13 stayed at the Serenity Lodge for a week. The cabin was awesome and the pictures were very accurate. We had a wonderful time and actually watched bears in the driveway.

Nice Place To Stay

All in all great stay. I think a warning for the very hot water needs to be posted. When we had a power outage there was a quick response to keep us posted. Clean and roomy for sure! Would stay again hands down ��

Wonderful Cabin

We absolutely loved this place. Great cabin with beautiful views. Only issue I had was we never could get the projector/movie room to work. One suggestion I have is take a picture of the entrance to the cabin and show the layout of each floor. I can't wait to stay here again.
