Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Serenity Lodge Review
We had 6 adults and 5 children. It was spacious and just the right size for us. The kids loved the Cameroon and the adults loved the hot tub. We had everything we needed. Had a maintenance issue first night and the repairman was there within 15 min and fixed the problem. Although it was late evening he wasn't mad or irritated that he was called out. If I had to do it again I would have booked through Elk Springs Resort and not through another site (VRBO or air BnB) to save more money as this rental was too high in my opinion. Since I booked through another site I was not able to get discounts for being a Healthcare worker, etc. BUT, you live and learn. Definitely would book again if we decide to visit Gatlinburg again. Many memories were made!
Serenity Lodge
Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at Serenity Lodge. The lodge was very nice, well stocked and comfortable. Location was scenic and quiet. The lodge was close to surrounding activities. We highly recommend.

Great Location And Comfortable Home For Family Gathering
Our family of 13 with a variety of ages spent a week at Serenity Lodge. It was a perfect week for hiking, local shopping, sightseeing, and being together in Serenity Lodge. The lodge is set up for many entertainment areas, along with relaxing porches with rockers.
Cabin In The Woods
3 story cabin style home. It was a beautiful home. The furniture was comfy. The jack and Jill bathroom toilet door was a little to close to the toilet for our liking but it worked. They had a pool table, air hockey and a video game machine. The wrap around porch was great and the rocking chairs were a hit. We thought we would have a view of the mountains but all we saw were trees. A few of our group used the hot tub but the weather that time of year was just to hot and humid for most of us to get in. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. If you are arriving after dark the names on the cottages should be highlighted with lights to make finding your home easier. Over all the cabin was great for out 8 adults and child. .
