Diamond In The Rough
Had alot of minor issues that were handled in a timely manner. Video game system never worked that upset the grandkids. The cabin is very nice but needs a better cleaning job.

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

I enjoyed my stay at the Diamond in the Rough. The theater room was a big hit!

We enjoyed the house and our stay there with plenty of room. We could have used more towels as we had to wash them every time someone took a bath. The 2 adjoining bedrooms on bottom floor, sharing the bath only had 4 towels. Not enough for 5 people. I asked for towels but was told we would just have to wash the ones we had.

We enjoyed our stay and was very happy we could bring our dog. The mattresses were uncomfortable and should be replaced, but other than that, we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and the very helpful staff.
Nice Cabin
Had a great time! Love Elk Springs, only stayed a couple of times. Would be my #1 choice to stay when vacationing in the area!
Overall Very Good
Spacious cabin in a beautiful setting just far enough away from the crowds. Only a few things were not great. Lots of bugs inside the cabin on the bottom floor. Only about 1/4 of the grill worked. Could have used more than two trash bags and two dishwasher tablets for a cabin that sleeps 16. Pool table and air hockey and theater room were great for the grandkids. Overall a good stay.
