Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Unit Pet Policy

This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.

The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

A Wonderful Weekend!

Fire in the Sky was wonderful and roomy, exactly as the pictures depict. Well stocked with everything we needed.

Customer service was excellent from the moment of booking. The phone call after we checked in to check on us were very much appreciated.

I would highly recommend Elk Springs Resorts. This is our second stay in different cabins, both were impressive.

Great Mountain Getaway!

We had a wonderful time with Elk Springs for our first Gatlinburg visit and will definitely be back! Elk Springs was very helpful in picking out the perfect house for our crew. The location was great. Our accommodations were fantastic. We had more than enough room than needed for our 8 adults. We loved the game room and hot tub. Elk Springs staff was incredibly responsive to all our needs while we were there. Can’t wait to get back over there!

Fire in the Sky is a beautiful cabin with a great view. It was spacious, clean and welcoming. The staff was fast to respond when we had any issues or questions. The only issue, and it wasn’t an issue per se, there could be more pots, pans, and dishes available, maybe even small appliances, such as crockpots and keurigs.

This cabin was beautiful. In the perfect location, enjoyed viewing all the woods around the cabin, very relaxing. I have stayed at Elksprings for a long time. Cabins are always very clean. I recommend staying here to everyone.

Family Relaxation Week

Our week at Fire in the Sky was amazing. We had a relaxing and perfect week in the beautiful clean Cabin. There was plenty of room for our party of 11 to spread out to enjoy our private time. We also had the space to come together as well. This is our second time experiencing Elk Springs Resort and both times was a pleasure. Will be booking in the future.
