If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

We Will Be Staying Here Again!
This was our first time booking a cabin and it was by far the greatest experience. We will definitely be booking with Ell Springs Resorts again. This cabin had everything we wanted plus more. Very clean and beautiful cabin.
The View
Our family enjoyed staying at the Elk Springs property, the View. So nice to be together rather than in separate hotel rooms. It was close to Gatlinburg and Dollywood. The grill was not fully operational, but we managed to work around the issue. The grandchildren loved the air hockey table.
Wonderful Stay At The View Cabin!!
Cabin was spotless and accurate to the description. The location is ideal, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and the name is very appropriate. The view from the back porch is fantastic! A 10 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg and very convenient to restaurants and attractions. As always, Elk Springs Resort customer service and communication was outstanding. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to enjoy a quiet, peaceful get away to the Smokies.
Comfortable Cabin
We had a great time at this cabin. Everything was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the theater was awesome, and the hot tub was nice and hot.
