If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

A Beary Nice Stay
I dont even know where to begin.... For starters the gas fireplace was a nice touch to all the other amenities in this cabin. We really enjoyed the sauna, hot tub, and movie room. The kitchen was very nicely sized too. The whole family had a nice bear sighting as well. We will definitely be back to stay with Elk Springs again. 10/10 for sure!
Eagles Nest
We stayed for my granddaughters 6th birthday. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 kids. We had a great time. There was plenty of space to spread out. We really enjoyed the theater room and pool table. The views from the balconies are beautiful and the leaves were starting to change. Would definitely recommend!
Bears
Great
A Beary Special Vacation!
We vacationed with 2 other couples and had a wonderful time. We saw 8 bears including a mother with two cubs with many sightings within a half mile of our cabin. The cabin was comfortable but could use some updating. The Mountain View’s from our decks were a bit lacking, but nonetheless were comfortable and enjoyable for forest viewing. I would recommend staying at Eagles Nest highly.
Very Nice Cabin
We enjoyed the cabin and all the amenities that it offered. We had 6 in our party - me and my wife, our 20 & 17 year old sons, and my Mom and Dad. There was plenty of room for all of us. Only 20-25 mins from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our only complaint is that we paid a cleaning fee, and when we went to bed the first night in the top floor bedroom, there was dog hair all over the pillows and comforter and I killed a flea in the bed. We had to wash all of the linens and bed comforter the next day. I shouldn't have to pay a cleaning fee when I had to do part of the cleaning. Otherwise, a great stay.
