If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

A Much Needed Getaway
Spacious cabin! Had some maintenance issues, but they were addressed with a quickness I have never experienced in the 25+ years I've been traveling to Gatlinburg. I tip my hat to the staff and maintenance crew at Elk Springs Resort. New towels are seriously recommended.
Beautiful Cabin
We stayed here the week of NYE. It was the most beautiful cabin. The pictures on the website did not do it justice. We had a total of 9 people and it was plenty of room for us all. Oh and the hot water was endless! We was all able to shower and/bathe and had plenty of hot water for us all. I never stayed in a place that was like that. The property management company was awesome and checked on us. They were more than happy to answer my questions and responded quickly.
Worth Every Penny!
We stayed in November for a week. It was a great experience, the cabins was very clean, everything worked the way it should, and the check in check out was very quick and time saving. We stayed during one of the colder times (about 10 degrees below the average winter temp) and the cabin was able to kept very warm and comfortable.
