The cabin was clean and cute and looked just like the pictures. The roads leading up to the cabin a little narrow and I’m from the city so we were nervous about that. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows On the beds had an “old”smell too them. Other than that it was perfect.

Working with Elk Springs was such an easy process. I love the emails and phone calls I received. The staff was such a delight to speak with and the cabin was better then the photos.

We rented the basswood lodge for my sons 12th birthday and it was everything we wanted and more we had a great time and the cabin was clean and everything we needed was there. It’s close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. My kids loved the theater room! I would highly recommend Elk springs. We will definitely be booking again and next time look for a cabin with a pool. They have so many great cabins to choose from. Can’t wait to take another vacation. Thanks Elk Springs

We set out to have a great girls trip full of relaxation and fun and the Basswood Lodge delivered just that for us. First off I want to say the customer service we received from the staff was phenomenal. I have stayed at other cabins in the past and never experienced customer service where anyone ever called to see how our stay was going and whether we needed anything. We were very impressed and totally appreciative. Next, the cabin was lovely . It was very clean from top to bottom. You can tell they take pride in how well they keep it updated and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, Sauna and of course the movie theater. It was just what we needed . We also like the little downtown area with all the eats,shops etc., which was only a few miles away. I will definitely recommend Elks Springs resort Cabins to anyone. Thank you all for your hospitality. It really meant a lot to us. See you again next year . Five stars from us��

We had an overall great experience. The only issue we ran into was with the freezer and maintenance was sent out the same day to resolve our issue. Very clean and well kept, everything we’d hoped for.

My friends and I needed a vacation from the day to day life of cities and stress. We ended up in Basswood Lodge having a modern day bacchanalia that was pleasant and affordable. While there are plenty of things to do in Gatlinburg if you decided to just stay in this cabin could suit all of your entertainment and comfort needs. I would recommend taking time if you can to sit back, relax and enjoy the mountains.
