If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Most Excellent Weekend Stay
This was a fabulous cabin for a weekend stay. As others and the instructions say, the roads are no joke going up the hill to the cabin. The cabin was good size, even though the bedrooms are a little on the small size. The pool and hot tub were wonderful additions to this little gem. Some items to note, the cabin was very clean on the surface, however when the wind blew hard stuff came down from the rafters. The fridge really needs updated. It's obvious that it is too small for the space, there were missing arms in the fridge, and the ice maker dropped water with the partially frozen cubes. The TVs need some works as well, especially in the living room. It really did not respond to the remote. Even with these items, I would not hesitate to book again. It was an amazing time!

The property is very mountainous, which I liked. Very family friendly . Loved the pool table and entertainment area downstairs along with the private pool. It was a very classic, vintage cabin. I loved it. Very high in the mountains. Very spacious. Make sure to bring everything you need food wise,and essentials down to tissue for sure. Especially if you're staying over 2 days.Get up early with the sun, enjoy the Jacuzzi during the day.Don't go out after dark..very steep hills and bears come out after dark also. Cabin really close to highway and activities. Walmart 20 mins away along with Publix and tourist sites. Such a wonderful experience. I miss the cabin already. Will definitely rent from elks springs resort again. Thank you.
Family Vacation
Only issue was the leak from the Jacuzzi tub. Which was addressed.
