You and your special someone will enjoy a romantic getaway at Cozy Creek. You can even bring the kids and the dog as there is an extra king suite with full bath. Enjoy sounds of the creek just below your deck, hot tub, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen and dining area as well as FREE wifi. The cabin is conveniently located about 5 minutes to downtown just up ski mountain road.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the HikingintheSmokys.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

New Year New Things
Our stay at Cozy creek cabin with Elk springs was just what we needed. They were very helpful in all aspects our room was ready early. We got there and the cabin was amazing. The creek drowned out the traffic on the road and made for a great sound to wake up to in the morning. Great location minutes from Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Elk springs nailed it!! Can’t wait for next trip
Perfect Christmas Getaway
My family had a great time at the cabin. It was very clean and welcoming. We felt the cabin was cozy and just enough room for the 3 of us. The pathway to the cabin was a bit treacherous for one of our family members that has difficulty walking, but other than that everything was perfect.
