Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the HikingintheSmokys.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Cozy Bear
The only thing we were wanting was a hotter hot tub. Other than that this was a fantastic area between pigeon forge and gaitlinburg and a nice cozy cabin the tub in the room was perfect.
Valentine’S Day Escape!
The cabin was very nice and we had a lot of fun. Although a few things may need repaired such as the sprayer on the kitchen sink.

Literal Bear Creek
This cabin was absolutely amazing! I have been wanting to stay on ski mountain for a long time but didn't want to deal with crazy driveways. This was an easy drive up and flat parking. The cabin itself had a very rustic feel with all the modern amenities. The hot tub was amazing! We were visited by a bear for the first four nights of our trip until the snow hit. I named him Oliver after our big cat that looks like a black bear. Elk springs Resort was a great to work with and checked on us frequently via text. And they were not automated texts. Great experience! Will definitely stay again!
Bear Creek
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bear Creek cabin. We wanted quiet time to recharge with the option to access a few activities or restaurants. That is exactly what this cabin offered. Quiet, off the beaten path, yet still only a few minutes drive to whatever we wanted. It is small, but not cramped and also well-equipped for cooking and hot tub relaxing. Bonus: We saw a black bear!
