Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Perfect Little Getaway
We loved this cabin! It had everything we could want. Loved the fireplace and the pool table. It was very clean and well kept. Spacious deck. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
Beautiful Cabin
The Fontana Cabin was clean and cozy, had everything we could ask for two people. Just outside of gatlinburg so it was close to everything we needed but far enough away to be off the tourist path. Highly recommended!

The Amazing Fontana
The Fontana was everything you'd want in a getaway cabin! Elk Springs isn't far from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There's also a stunning community of local artists that we loved that were close by. The hot tub was amazing to sit in after a long day of walking around. The kitchen was well stocked with various essentials; however, you definitely still need to check whatever you may be cooking, just in case! Overall, this was an amazing cabin, and trip, for me and my girlfriends. We're already talking about booking again at some point!
A Fun Smokey Mountain Vacation
Our Family had a great time staying in the Fontana Cabin. Our kids loved the deck and Gazebos and also learned to play pool on the included table as an added bonus. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a great vacation. Look forward to visiting again!
