If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Cabin
We had a great experience at this cabin. The location was great. Not far from downtown Gatlinburg. It was tucked away from the other cabins along the road in the Elk Springs Resort. More privacy which is what we like when renting. The amenities were great. I would recommend this cabin!
Secret Garden
Cabin was very clean and cozy.Just had one issue with the A/C . Came back from town and it was 85 degrees in the cabin. I contacted the resort and they sent someone to repair the issue with in and hour or so. Great resort to rent from.
Great Anniversary Getaway
The cabin is beautiful and everything we could have asked for. The pool table needs some TLC as one of the rails was loose, but that's a minor issue. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to stay in the area. My favorite perk was the seclusion of this cabin compared to others in the resort.

Lovely Resort
Our cabin was semi secluded, but still cozy. The cabin met our expectations and more. We even had a visitor (a bear) The rain shower was an amazing experience as well. Our only complaint was the road from Pigeon Forge to the resort had so many curves, but that is just one of the perks of the mountains.
