Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Vacation Rental
If you are looking for a nice cabin close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge this is it! Location was great. Close to all the action and easy to get to. Cabin was clean and had a nice deck to enjoy nature. I have had excellent luck with Elk Springs Resort. I wouldn’t rent from anyone else.

Just Go! You Won’T Regret It
Loved my stay at Elk Springs Resort! Stayed once before but I was years ago. Needed a get away but near enough stuff type trip so I decided to try elk springs again because of the good price. Like anyone, I was worried about “how it might have changed over the years”.....don’t know why I was worried. Still the exceptional service (even better)...and stay as I was my last visit. From checking on us to make sure we or in ok, to anything else we needed. Had a question for maintenance and they were there within an hour I believe. Super nice and helpful guy answered our questions and they even checked to make sure that process was handled to our liking. Just an all around wonderful process....from booking to checkin out. Thanks to all of you at Elk Springs for a wonderful trip!
Loved My Stay Here At Elk Springs
The place was clean and neat. This place is the exact as shown in was the prefect area for view and driving distance to downtown Gatlinburg.
Great Stay Overall! Beautiful Views
Overall amazing stay! Cabin was very clean. It is kept well yet still has that rustic cabin feel. Our favorite feature was the hot tub overlooking the woods. Absolutely stunning! We utilized the grill as well which was very nice. The shower in the master bedroom was very cool! A couple notes of feedback: there were over 10 remotes in the cabin but we could not find a Roku remote to work streaming services. While this wasn't a huge deal to us since we weren't here often, some this may be more important. Certainly upgrading the technology package would be a suggestion for this cabin to compete with other hotels/cabin rentals. Service from Elk Spring was 10/10 and they made check in and out very easy!!
