I am a repeat customer of Elks Spring Resorts. I can always trust that the cabins will be nice, clean, and beautiful. Magic Moments was very cozy and spacious enough for us and another couple. The only concern was that the alarm kept beeping throughout the day and night repeatedly. I would disarm but it would still beep continuously. Other than that the stay was awesome!

Great cabin. Tv is in a weird spot. Fireplace grate is dangerous. We had a log roll out because it was not stable. I was expecting gas but it is a wood burning fireplace. They supplied the wood do no worries. The neighbors were a bit odd and close on both sides. The ones to right tried to catch a peek of us in the hot tub. There light shines right at the side of the cabin all night. Other than that very clean. Everything work as it should. It is about a 10 minute drive to gatlenburg but nothing too bad.

The cabin was comfortable and cozy, it snowed for 2 days and the firewood that was cut made for a great couple of days with dinner and movies by the fireplace my husband and I enjoyed the week...

I have rented thru Marriott properties before and had a great experience. Outside:
The house looked okay from outside. However, I was very disappointed with this property. It had no pretty view, right out n a busy road, horrible parking area with no place to turn around easily (in the curve on a busy road). The house on the left side of the property was like a hoarder house, in horrible disrepair and with an air conditioner that made a horrible rattle. The house on the right had large and loud trucks.

Inside house:
No twin beds and sleeper sofa upstairs - king only - not as advertised.
When it rained hard it leaked in stairs and in the kitchen by fridge. When I contacted the rental company , they said it was probably due to the hard rain, but didn’t come to check it. Fortunately, it wasn’t over the beds.
No hair dryers found.
All blinds do not work well and need to be replaced. Do not all match.
TV in the den area is fuzzy.
Mirrors on walls were hung for people 6 feet tall.
Sofas are on their last days and bed to be replaced.
I never found the linens for the sofa
Several blown lightbulbs
No cover at door - little side window.
Everything was old and dated and bed spreads dark and ugly.

All in all the house was fine. However the security system didn't work,the pool table had a bow in the middle so all the pool balls went to the middle of the table. And some of the shower heads didn't work down stairs. Oh and the wifi was hit and miss. It worked out for us since we were there pretty much to sleep.Our first stay with elk springs was great this one was not so great.

I live here in Tennessee and enjoy the mountains and so I was kind of disappointed that the cabin was right off the side of a main road with absolutely no view of anything but the next door neighbors. The cabinet Southwest okay and had large rooms and nice bathrooms in the kitchen was sufficient. It says gas on the advertisement but we did have a wood burning fireplace but didn't get to use it because the weather was too warm. There were some issues though. The hot tub didn't have enough pressure in the Jets. The pool table was wobbly and unlevel, it definitely needed a good dusting for things that were high up like lamps and decor, but the coffee table look like it had never been cleaned because it looked like somebody threw up on it and it dried. I don't think it was worth $325 a night.
