Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Absolutely Loved It!
The cabin was so beautiful and the view being up at the top was the best! Everything was just as pictured. We always book with Elk Springs and have never been disappointed. We will definitely be coming back to this cabin!

And They Lived Happily Ever After
The cabin was beautiful inside and out. The view was amazing, and it was so peaceful. The drive to the cabin wasn't bad, and we liked being a little away from all the crowds. Our only complaint is that the air conditioner didn't work very well. The upstairs of the cabin was unbearably hot during the day. We mostly stayed in the lower level as it was much much cooler. Also the ceilings and some air vents were very dusty, and the toilet upstairs would run water if you didn't pull the handle up after flushing. Overall it was a great cabin that we made lots of memories in. We will be coming back for sure, and plan to book with Elk Springs Resort

The cabin was gorgeous inside and out! Very comfortable and cozy. The best part is the fire pit on the deck. The on off knob was loose missing a nut but weca figured out and it was amazing! We are in live and will be back for sure!

We had a favorite cabin for several years and unfortunately it sold. We didn’t think we’d ever find a suitable replacement. Ever After exceeded ur expectations! It’s perfect for us and we cannot wait to come back!
