If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful And Cozy!
We loved this cabin! The operators were extremely responsive. They made me feel like a guest rather than a burden. I had messaged them to ask if they knew if previous guests were able to get DoorDash etc to the cabin. They happily and quickly responded. The literal only complaint I have is just the entertainment portion. They have a tv and dvd player and speaker setup. It was a little difficult to use and the tv channel lineup was smaller than expected but the difficult part could be just user error. My boyfriend-turned-fiancé-this-trip was able to operate everything after a bit. The view was PHENOMENAL. You can see the lower cabin from the deck but only when you are standing. Once in the ever-essential hot tub all you see is beauty looking out. The cabin was clean and easy to get back to after the first trip up. My 2wd suv made it up pretty well, but I wouldn’t try it without help during snow/ice. We may be back to this one or try another from Elk Springs Resort for the honeymoon!
Such A Beautiful Cabin With A Amazing View!
First visit to the Gatlinburg area and absolutely fell in love with this cabin. Beautiful views of the mountains right off the back porch. Cabin was very clean. The driveway is a little steep but we made it up. Bed could be a bit more comfy. It is pretty hard and uncomfortable. That would be our only fuss but everything else was just wonderful!
2nd Time Staying With Elk Springs
2nd time with Elk Springs and did not disappoint. Picked a different cabin this year just to shake things up and it was just as perfect, clean and cozy as last time. See you next year :)

Beautiful Rental With A Fantastic View.
The rental we had was absolutely beautiful and the view was indescribable. We began everyday and ended everyday on the deck looking at the mountains. The rental is up a tight, windy road with only three other rental properties. It was very quiet and no traffic since it was a dead end. The only issues we experienced were a foul smell in the cabin upon our arrival. We found the smell in the fridge, dishwasher, and garbage can. We cleaned out these three items and placed a plug-in diffuser in the living room. After a couple days the smell went away and we were not bothered with it anymore. The environmental services staff could have done a much better job. The structure of the cabin was great. It had endless hot water and a room sized shower. The bed was comfortable and we slept soundly without any interruption. The hot tub on the deck was a nice feature but could use a little TLC. Many of the jets didn't function as they should, but still created a nice environment to sit out at night. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The outside gas fireplace is a nice feature even on a warm night. The inside has a gas fireplace that didn't function. The living room TV worked well with a little bit of practice, but the sound system was unmanageable. The bedroom TV was unable to get any of the satellite programming that you could on the living room TV. Thankfully we had an internet streaming device with us that we used in the bedroom. We sleep with the TV on at night. Not to the control of this property, but on the last two nights of our stay which was the weekend, a property through the woods obviously had new renters and they were loud, playing music, yelling and hollering. They were having a good time and this only affected our time on the deck. We did not hear them once inside the cabin. The management company was awesome for our reservations and advice of a cabin to stay in. My wife and I are first responders and wanted a nice, quiet place to vacation.
