Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation.
If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

A Perfect Memory Maker!
The view is beautiful. The cabin is clean and comfortable. The pool was still open so the kids got to swim a few days. We absolutely love staying at Elk Springs Resort every time we come to the area. ❤️ The staff is always kind and efficient in answering any questions.

Fantastic
The cabin was clean, well-organized and was just a pleasure to stay in. The view you see in the picture is exactly what you get plus more! Definitely a must if you plan to visit Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge because they're literally with 15 to 30 minutes to everything. The price is WELL worth it I promise!

Wonderful Views In The Mountains
Very nice stay in an Elk Spring Resort Cabin. Our cabin was in the mountains in Sevierville. Beautiful views, nice cabin- like the pictures. Enjoyed the pool, a trip through the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed our stay here. Very nice.

First Trip To Tennessee
We had been planning to visit Sevierville for the past two years and something always happened to where we weren’t able to come. We are so thankful to have found Elk Spring Resorts! The cabin was amazing! The view was even better. So quiet and peaceful! Our kids enjoyed the arcade games that were in our cabin as well! We really enjoyed ourselves and we will be booking again very soon!

Nice Cabin
The cabin is very nice. It could be furnished with more kitchen utensils and bigger pots and pans but otherwise it was a nice cabin. The view was great also.
