If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Smoky Views, Perfect Distance

Elk Springs Resort was an outstanding stay from start to finish. The cabin was squeaky clean, had everything we needed, and was well laid out. And those Smoky Mountain views? Just what you’re hoping for on a mountain trip.
The location is a big plus, too. You’re far enough from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to dodge the crowds and the super touristy stuff, but close enough that you can pop over whenever you want. We made it to Clingman’s Dome (Kuwohi) and a couple of waterfalls with easy, scenic drives. Leave early to avoid the midday crush!
The folks at the resort were great to work with, too. From booking to check-in to check-out, they kept us in the loop and made everything simple. Best of all, our cabin was ready early, which was a really nice surprise.
All in all, it’s a solid pick if you want a quiet, comfy place to come back to after a day in the Smokies. We’d gladly stay there again—and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Perfect Long Weekend!

Legacy Mountain is one of my favorite cabins to rent. This cabin has magnificent views! I love cooking while looking out at the beautiful mountains! The views don’t stop! You can enjoy the views from the hot tub, while playing pool, or enjoying a cup of coffee on one of the decks. Elk Springs is always so helpful and accommodating whenever I have a need! We just love this cabin!

Wonderful Stay

The cabin was exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. There are other cabins nearby but when you are on the deck it is very private. The cabin does have access to a community pool which is a great way to cool off after hiking or a round of golf. It is perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway with great views. We have been to the area several times and stayed in different areas and I believe this is the third cabin we have stayed at located in this area and managed by Elk Springs Resort. They are by far the best property management company we have dealt with and I would most definitely stay at this same cabin again.

Absolutely Perfect!

Our Elk Springs Resort cabin delivered in every way. The cabin itself was stunning, and beautifully appointed with cool furnishings, all kitchen equipment, pool table, hot tub, arcade console and smart TVs. However, it was the views from the balconies that stole the show - just wow. All this and just 10 mins drive to Pigeon Forge & Dollywood. We couldn’t have chosen better accommodation. If you’re reading this, stop and go book it now, before someone else does!
