Unmatched Views
The ONLY complaint is that our thermostat wouldn't go past 75°. Other than that it was perfect. The views are unmatched. I begged my husband to leave me but he wouldn't. I think we found our spot. We'll definitely be back.

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Perfect Getaway
The cabin was perfect for a quiet vacation getaway. The view was magnificent, the bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi tub and hot tub were clean and relaxing, the living room with fireplace was cozy and warm while watching a movie. There was nothing we didn’t like. The management was quick to answer all of our questions and left easy instructions for access, rules and tips. We will be back!!

Paradise View #24 Is Beautiful!
This is the 2nd time that my husband and I stayed at the Paradise View #24 cabin. This cabin has a beautiful view of the mountains right from the back of the cabin and had an easy drive to it. The cabin's location is about 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Arts and Craft loop, but also far enough away to be away from the crowds. The arcade game is great! There are so many games to play on it. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. However, a hair dryer wasn't included, which I forgot to bring from home. It's not listed in the amenities, so it was my own fault that I didn't catch that. This wasn't a big deal. There was an issue that the air conditioner wasn't working on the main level. It was very warm in there when we arrived about 5pm. Luckily, the unit has 2 air conditioners, and the bedroom is on the lower level, so it was nice and cool down there. I texted them about it, and they did send a man out within an hour or 2. He wasn't able to fix it, but said someone will come out later, but I said it's ok to come out in the morning instead. We went out for most of the morning and afternoon and the air was fixed by early afternoon! I was very happy with their quick response. We'll definitely be back!
Great View
This cabin had a beautiful view. I wish the deck was a bit bigger and had newer rocking chairs but that is my only complaint. I had to speak with customer service about a super small thing and they were very nice and took care of the issue so quickly. Very attentive. I would stay here again for sure.
Breathtaking Views, Lovely Cabin
I have stayed at the cabin several times. The views are one of a kind. I love writing and doing work on my laptop as I look out at the mountains. It is so peaceful. The cabin has everything! The hot tub, jetted tub, pool table and ample space makes for a super relaxing and fun time. I just love this home away from home.
