Need a makeover

The cabin was nice on the pictures however it needed a makeover. Downstairs smelled musty and like mold, the drain system need to be checked out because the water drains slow out all of the bathtubs after you shower . Also you can hear the water bubble in the tub when you flush the toilet. The kitten countertop was cracked around the sink and the sink was stained. This didn’t ruin our trip just a note to self not to rent this cabin anymore.

Bentley lodge for the total eclipse 2017

Overall rating I would give it a 3 1/2 some issues need to be addressed the furniture is atrocious and the floors are very slippery we also had an electrical problem on the main level floor it kept throwing breakers but we got no response from maintenance they should upgrade the mattresses also !

Christmas get away with the whole famn damily

The cabin was spacious and the great room was perfectfor family gatherings. However the cabin is in need of several updatesThe kitchen appliances especially the refrigerator need to be replaced. The sleeper sofas are dreadfully uncomfortable and the cushions look very Worn. The exterior could use a paint job.

Great stay but more of a suburb

We had a great stay. However we were hoping for something a bit more remote. This cabin is in a community of cabins. Your neighbor is 10 feet away, from the front porch to the hot tub out back. If secluded or rustic is your gif this is not he place for you. The rental company was fine. Views were great. Furniture was terribly uncomfortable, the review are correct about that.

Lodge in need of fixin

Eden Crest doesn't check their rentals. Rental had spider webs throughout house,toaster did not work, no light in frige plus outside needed repairs, furniture on main level needed replacing(had to put pillows up under cushions). Still was sitting on floor. Molding was coming away from wall in bedroom. Linens were very used. Under beds had not seen any kind of cleaning.Outside of rental had not been maintained well. Porches needed stain. Jukebox in picture looks only. Could not walk on floor without shoes DIRTY(even dog bone was left from a guest in plain sight. Great location,Great size (bdrooms and baths)just not maintained by owner or rental company. Called about couple of problems, but gave up about rest of them. I was on vacation.Eden Crest was nice and tried to help, but should have made changes and fixed problems before I had to point them out. Last point - had a mouse visit us.
